First weigh in before starting over again.
I've lost nearly 10 pounds of progression, which may not seem like much when you consider the overall amount lost, but it is an unacceptable regression.
I have my meals planned out for today but I cannot see how I will have the time to make them all, so I may adjust while still maintaining a reasonable macro ratio and without exceeding my RDI. As long as I eat healthy foods while maintaining a reasonable deficit I should see losses in the long term.
