Alright ... some of my binging weight came off today! Woo ... hopefully it doesn't hit me later! My poor body ... It's not nice to do that to it. So today my goals are to eat within my points, eat 5 servings of veggies and run on the treadmill tonight! I can do it!
58.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
