The diet has been out the window since last week. I still look Leaner but I'm gaining weight im sure due to the gallons of Liqure, beer and holiday food I have been tearing up lately gonna drink as much water as I can today get me back on track. And serious work out tonight cardio and heavy lifting. Still got new years celebration coming up still.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 42.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
