I find it really helps to log everything. If nothing else, it keeps me accountable. I have intentionally spiked carbs twice since I started this WOE, and each time gained 5+ lbs. Not worth it! Especially because each time, it took weeks to take it back off. Stick with the plan, come hell or high water.
