I haven't done too badly so far this summer. I still stop at fast food almost daily. I try to choose non-fried options. I have lost ablot 6 lbs in 6 weeks so I can't be down about that. I thought I would lose faster. I drive 11/2 hours each way to work and work 800-630pm so over thee meals each day. I was injured three weeks ago so I haven't been doing much. I just joined a challenge to exercise 20mins a day so lets see how that works. I am on my feet every day at work for at least 4-6 hours.
