I think I need some moral support.
I'm confused as to why the first 5lbs came off like nothing, but now I'm flip-flopping between 234 and 235. It's kind of discouraging. I haven't changed the way I eat or any of my activities, so my ego's taken a huge blow.
Maybe I just plateau'd out for a while?
I'm looking into stair-steppers today, hopefully I'll find one I like for cheap.
106.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

The first few pounds were probably water weight. Add a little exercise, stick with your allowable foods, and it will probably start to drop off again.

Keep up the good work - you have still lost that 5lbs. A bit of exercise might help. I also find that having a treat night every now and again seems to work, bizarrely - it seems to give the metabolism a boost somehow! Keep at it - it least you're doing the right thing, and heading in the right direction! :)
