Just came back from holiday :( too much chocolate was eaten
70.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

0.8kg gain after a holiday is awesome...in my humble opinion (I usually gain about 3-5kg when I go on holiday). welcome back and hope that your holiday was awesome Rafeeqa@25. So where did you go? am sure you will drop the 0.8kg of holiday weight before you know it. have a lovely week
