Yes! Down 3 lbs So far this is working. Yesterday (Thursday was a 600 cal.fast day) I had protein drink in the morning with a few veggies and streched out the rest of my veggies with a coffee with milk till afternoon where I had a spinach salad with mushrooms and a balsamic vinegar based dressing...1 pc Turkey bacon and a boiled egg. I was able to last till dinner and had tofu shiratki low carb noodles with veggies and pork (150 g). Note: 1-2 capsules of PGX is included with meals too. This morning I was still carrying the fast until noon so I had a drink of coffee with milk/cream with tsp coconut oil and 1 slice of Turkey bacon.
I hope this keeps working cause I am not doing the fast for the rest of today. (FRIDAY) keeping my fingers crossed... 👍
