Well, I have to say that I must be doing something right with IF. I've lost a pound a day since I started this week. I have seen the swelling in my feet and ankles go down, which usually after losing 25 lbs I would have seen by now. But, this last go around with weight loss, I've been struggling more with joint pain, swelling and fatigue, so I know with the IF my body is detoxifying. I love it! I am back to the weight I settled around after I had my lap band surgery 2 years ago (big mistake). Since I did Atkins before, I know the possibilities and now with LCHF and IF I see the light at the end of the tunnel....it's a loooong tunnel, but I'll get there! Have a wonderful day everyone!

I have been IF for about 3 weeks now and I LOVE IT! I too have been loosing lots of weight and meeting my goals. CONGRATS!

do you eat wheat? wheat causes joint aches for me.

No HCB, I eat nothing with wheat - I keep my Carbs at 20g, so there is no room for wheat or any grains for that matter, LOL! I chalk the joint pain up to exercising myself silly my entire life while on "The American Diet" of low fat, high carb, and never seeing results, believing that if I don't move I will be overweight forever. I exercise, but I don't go crazy anymore.
