I stayed exactly in my points yesterday but I didn't eat any "lean protein" so that is a concern. I will have to make sure to have some chicken or tuna for dinner this evening.

Wednesdays are hard days for me. I'm at work all day then I don't get home until 10 PM from class. I was exhausted and went right to bed and skipped out on exercise. :(

EATING:
B: Cereal + milk
L: yogurt + fresh fruit
SN: coffee, almonds, popcorn, fudgsicle, wedge of cheese
D: Apple + cheese stick + jello + sugar free red bull

WATER: did great b/c I brought a refillable bottle to work. Easily 6 glasses

EXERCISE: parked far from class and got 20 minutes of brisk walking to/from class-- but no DVD workout

THREE THINGS I'M THANKFUL FOR:
1)Payday is today!
2)It's "school Friday" (last day of classes this week)
3)Down another 0.6 lb

Great job staying in your points Chris, Hey don't be skipping that exercise. Only 1 day off a week for the next 6. You can do this.
