Yesterday I was feeling so down because I spent all day discussing with my ex, that I didn't go to the gym and I didn't really feel like eating.
I ended up doing 30 mins of DDR at home and 200 abs, but my calorie intake was too low and I think that may be the reason why I didn't lose any weight today. Or maybe it was some muscle creation... I hadn't done abs in ages lol
Anyway, I had an awesome night of sleep and now my ex is not an ex anymore... we are back together :3 And damn, he is cute.
