Hi @Saige18 - I found some exercises online to help for my problem areas. After having my baby, I have a flat as a pancake bum... This mamma needs a BOOTAIY :) and need some work on my 'Mommy Tummy", plan is to do 20 minutes of exercise 3 mornings a week and run every Saturday and Sunday morning (5km). Will see how that goes and post my progress on instagram... I tried Burpees yesterday for the first time (with a few other things) let me just say I am so stiff today, I can barely walk...
