Same old, same old. I have finally upped my exercise to 45+ mins per day. I'm really working at balanced, nutrition. But still no weight loss!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
