Pushed myself to workout today. Yay me!

Jillian Michaels' Kettlebell Training
Crunches: 4 sets of 25
Leg Lifts: 3 sets of 10
Single Arm Overhead Press (10lb.): 15, 15, 10
Squats: 3 sets of 15
Standing Butt Press: 20, 20, 25
Bicep Curls: 1 set of 10

Evening Workout...

Treadmill:
Time: 23min. (including 2 min. cool down)
Incline: Alternated between 5.5 and 6.5
Speed: 3, 3.5, 4, and 4.1 mph alternating
Chair Dips: 20, 21, 16, 16, 25
59.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
