I've made a few changes to my diet, including the nighttime snacking. I loved the suggestion of eating string cheese instead of the fruit. That has helped cut back alot of what I was snacking on. I thank everyone that commented on my post. I loved knowing that somebody else has the same problem, and getting ideas of changing what I'm doing to myself. To look at my body, I would think I had lost more than I have. My stomach is getting flab on it, and that bothers me. I'm still doing aqua physical therapy, even though it hurts. It's supposed to help me with my balance, so I don't fall as much, it's not working yet, lol
