It has been a tough month. I'm not going to lie. I weigh myself every Monday morning. Before I eat or do anything except pee...lol . The first week I lost 8 pounds. The second week I lost 2 pounds, the third week nothing (I was so pissed) the fourth week 3 pounds and today marks five weeks I lost 2 more. I decided I'm not going to do hardcore Atkins because there is no way I can do no carb or even low carb. I barely have any energy the way it is. And speaking of energy I am also taking a women's multivitamin that boosts metabolism and energy. I've been eating salads meats multigrain bread peanut butter fruits and nuts. Drinking only lemon water and unsweetened iced tea with lemon. I bought a bunch of those sparkling waters that are flavored but I'm still skeptical about them so they are currently sitting on a shelf 😆 And as far as the exercise part goes lets just say I'm not hitting the gym yet. I'm off three nights a week so the nights I'm off I take my daughter for walks around the stadium and park near our house. It's about a mile and a half total walking distance. So that's all for now. I guess I'll make another update in a month. 😊
