I’ve been not too bad but yet again I went over at the weekend. I’ve been exercising lots and hope to be able to keep that up. Next weekend I’m off to Paris so I’m trying to not go overboard then but I’m not going to restrict myself too much either.
51.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
