Another pound gone this week. I stayed within my points allowance all week, but I could have made healthier choices about what I ate. I'm not getting enough fruits and veggies each day.

This week I lose a point from my daily allowance because of the weight change. Maybe that'll get me to eat more veggies! I'm also going to ramp up the exercise so I'll have the option of converting activity points if I need them.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Yay, way to go... down! That's fantastic, so well done. I know what you mean about making healthier choices though... I need to do that too some of the time. I'm doing points, so eating what I want to really... but like you I need to make sure I'm eating more fruit, veggies and salad. Keep it up though... you've done great in the last couple of weeks! ;o)

Thank you!!! I'm excited! Ahh veggies..that is going to be the toughest part for me! but i love fruits and salads so that should make up for it ;) I wish you the best of luck on reaching your goal!
