I sure. Wish I could get over this plateau. It's been like a month now at the same weight. Ugghhh
83.9 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you tried changing a few things? Your body starts to adjust to your "routine" after a while. Sometimes a change will trigger a response. For example, increase your calories for a few days, change the types of exercise you do, etc. Hang in there - the scale will eventually start going down again. You've almost lost 50 pounds - that's awesome! I can't wait until I can say that!
