Only lost 0.4 in two weeks. But I LOST some weight. Last Friday was the last day of my work for the school year. I hope to get to my morning DVD exercises and hope to be able to walk more outside. My foot is not hurting much at all but still does hurt. I need to go to physical therapy so I can strengthen those ankle tendons so it holds the front part of my foot in place so it won't hurt. I was actually surprised that I did lose some weight.
