I counted Calories.. Realy sucked for my Birthday Mostly just ate a Pecan Pie lol...
107.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week

Boo you did great, but give some thought to a balanced diet and not just calories. Your body needs more than just high calorie foods - I really think you need to follow the canada food guide or weight watchers to get in all your protine, fruit and veggies. Counting calories is working for you now, but look at the long term goal. Great work, but will be happier to see a more balanced diet next week.

I eating Fruits.. and vegitabless.. and Grains etc.. And protien drinks.. I doing ok.. Plus talking daily Vitamns.. My long walks with the dog have helped.. Walking the children to school Everyday.. Their are many things to take into.. Why I am lossing weight.. The pecan Pie.. was I had small meels all day.. I ate a smaller supper then normal at your house to have enough callories to eat the Pie.. I am still getting everything I need.. Just noticed I half way past to my Goal...
