Today my goals were to eat within my points and workout. I haven't worked out yet, but I am about to! I was really hungry this afternoon and that could have been because of the small amount I had to eat for lunch. I didn't cave though ... I stayed within my points. My friend just told me that it takes 21 times to form a habit, so I figure if I can stay within my points and workout for the next 2.5 weeks, I will have gotten my self control back.
58.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
