Ok, so I have come to the realization that although I am healthy, according to my doctor, I still want to lose at least 20lbs by this time next year. I don't want to stress to do it. I want to lose about 5 lbs every three months. I think that is a fairly decent number.

I am one pound heavier than I was last year and I'm sure that that is water but I definitely want it all off this year.
