I've slipped up, now and then, not enough to gain any weight, but just enough to slow down my losing. I'll have to get back on track, and stay there, avoiding even the smallest of temptations. I'll get it done, as I've come too far to give up now.

Don't ever give up. You and I have been at this for some time. We have stumbled, we even have fallen, but we always make it back. God bless you and keep you strong and focused. ☆

Thanks Gigi. We have been at this a long time, and you've had my back every step of the way. I miss the avatars you would make for me, and the folks, at the Low Carb Cafe. I hope everyone is doing well. :-)

The Low Carb Cafe folks are on Facebook now, not quite the same as before. They seem to be doing well, but participation is not what it used to be. God bless you my friend :)

Owell, you slipped up. Go forward, and don't think about it. I've been only on my diet for 1 week to this day. I'm always hungry I know how you feel. It is not easy. I just close my eyes and try my hardest to stay focused on my goals. Good luck 🍀to you.
