Working out a little more diligently and trying to stay under 2200 calories. Need to eat a bit more protien and cleaner foods but at least I'm counting calories.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
