This is the longest I have ever gone with lifting weights in a while. I Have not been to the gym in a week due to transportation problems. Starting to need my fix for some lifting again.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 44.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
