Understandable, and I'm sorry for all the stresses you are facing. While you may not want to add any pressure by trying to stick to a strict diet, perhaps you could just try to eat healthy foods in normal amounts. I have come to realize that "comfort eating" has not really made me feel any better, in fact usually I suffer digestive issues from it and feel foggy-brained and less able to cope.
