I started WW on 11/7/11 the day after my 43rd birthday. Two weeks prior I had a health scare and my BP med was changed cuz the on I was on was not working well. Tired of popping a pill every morning & just the general way I feel @ 326lbs. It5's time to get moving, eat healthy, & really start living! Hell I have a nutrition degree so what's wrong with this picture?
