Whoop!!! I am so excited to be back on track. I loving the new BL Last Chance Workout. This morning I woke up late so only jogged 30 minutes on treadmill listening to the BL Workout Vol. 1 - music download which was free with dvd.
77.4 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
