I've lost 2.2 lbs. On Friday morning, I was down nearly 4. Bloat is not my friend this week. Going to drink more water and less salty foods to see if I can get back those 2 pounds. I feel much better. Started a new workout yesterday, Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout, it is tough and I love it. Gives you a little taste of what life must be like on the BL Ranch. Don't think I could work out with Jillian one-on-one. I have started taking my vitamins again, and I think that has been key to getting myself off my butt and working again! Weighing in tomorrow for BL challenge - hope to see some more water weight melt away!
93.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
