I just started measuring the biggest part of my thighs and I'm down an inch on left leg and half inch on right in the last 2 Weeks. I have been to the gym everyday this week along with cardio. Been pushing my self very hard this week. I'm tired and exhausted been getting allot of cramps recently. I should be at 229 by tomorrow hopefully. W40.5LL26.52RL28F33.1M27.9
104.6 kg Lost so far: 45.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
