LadyGoblyn, I've heard many times here you can't outrun a bad diet. That is, the exercise will help with mobility but may not make a huge impact in your weight. Do you have a pool available to you? We have a pretty decent municipal pool that has classes and open times to do whatever you want. I find that just walking briskly in the water makes me feel better all over! Plus, it seems to be really good for reducing edema in my leg. Sooooo....I know this all sounds easier than it may really be but track your food, move a little every day in a way that feels good and concentrate on getting the best nutrition you can with everything you eat.
