well havent been on here in awhile. weight has been steady and no real lost but also no real progress on the effort. Mainly been having issues as the Dr keeps trying new medications for my diabetes. some are effective and some not so much. My old meds worked as well as any of these other ones i am currently taking. the current side effects are quite different. I start taking B12 a few months back and started to feel like my self again and then is new meds are robbing me of that feeling. Anyway this is prob an excuse as to why i havent taken this seriously in a while. I did manage to lose 5 lbs since the last weigh in. mainly through the fact i do not eat as much as i use to and no longer crave sugar or carbs, chips and such make me sick. I think i really have to get back to myself and make a commitment to this journey. I have already altered my eating patterns so its not a diet, just need to move more often and work on cardio activities and not just strengthening my muscles
140.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
