Managed to get a workout in yesterday! Yay! Hopefully I can get another one in today. My goal is 20 minutes. I know that's not much, but sometimes, that's all I can get. *fingers crossed*
59.2 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
