So apparently, I'm not doing this ketogenic diet right. :( I gained 2lbs...which is what I was worried about since I had to go to that fancy steakhouse dinner last night. I stayed away from carbs, but maybe ate too much of everything else. So...my first day on Keto OS was a FAIL. :( Hopefully I can get a workout in today. Probably only a 20 minute one, so I'm not sure that'll actually help with anything...but I'll hopefully get it done anyway.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 6.4 kg a Week

there is a two week low carb challenge that has it all mapped out for you down to the grocery list. Great recipes I might add. Tons of informative videos. Great place to start.

Are you tracking your food? When I first started I was surprised at the amount of carbs in foods I had no idea had ANY. And like people are always telling me-it's not a FAIL, it's a learning experience! Good Luck!
