not allot down but at least it goes back to - and not to the + , I must start eating less carbs and more proteins, This morning when i got to my desk there was this warm roll with jam , I'm sorry to say but my will power is not so strong and I had it for breakfast , at-least only that so far and black sugar free coffee, will only have my lunch later and no extra snacking for the rest of the day only Black coffee and tea and water. Will force down 9 glasses of water today at work. Strange how a week on holiday can make you change so quick ( BAD HABITS )
