Ate more than I would like.. but i did not eat "junk".

Just to prove I am "real".

My biggest challenge (I was travelling on the road visiting customers) was not to:

1. Stop in McDonalds and have french fries
2. Stop in Dunkin' donuts and get a dozen donut holes
3. Get a a hostess treat from a gas station
4. Eat Gas station "pizza"

Instead... I had salad with lunch and dinner. Ate pasta which put me over the limit.. but one thing at a time!
87.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
