Well this week starts out good with a couple pounds less than I was on Friday. I also am down too a 40 inch waist from a 45 inch waist back in May of this year!! I am changing my diet and my exercise plan for a bit to see if I can keep up with the way I am feeling.. Doing P90x and running and martial arts was just too much I am pretty sure I was over-training a bit which is why I got so sick for a few weeks. I am now doing the push-up/sit-up/Squats/dips challenges. I am still using P90x stretch and yoga for active rest workouts..
