Been sick all weekend cold or something only thing I feel like doing is crunches or walking 2mph on the treadmil til I stop plus its halloween and still being sick I still have to take my brother out when I get in my costume to go to a party at 4-6 then trick or treat when we get back hopefully tonite goes by fast
94.8 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You know; if you don't take it easy in-between the days you work out hard, your body can't get stronger, and you lower your defense mechanisms, and make yourself susceptible to colds and other sicknesses. I know that it is tough when things don't change as fast as you would like them to, but if you have a plan - that includes "easy" days in between your intense workouts, and at least one rest day a week (no exercising at all), you will lose more weight, get stronger, and feel much better.
