I’ve been sticking to the calorie count and even managed a couple of pieces of a colleague’s birthday cake on the way. I think that I’m finally getting back on track and should be at my target in the next couple of weeks. Then the real challenge begins and I have to avoid regaining the last 5lb again.
51.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
