I am back from my 2 week long holiday aaaaaaand I gained (obviously).. :P Considering I went to America & ate more than a few oversized burgers, and the 7 day cruise included 24 hour free buffet, I'm surprised I'm not heavier! I did jog on the treadmill almost every day with the exception of the days involving a lot of walking. Pretty pleased with myself there. But now, back to being disciplined!
