I weighed in at down 0.4 today. I am happy with that. I am going to weigh daily for a while. I am just counting calories, and trying to stick around 1200 to 1400 a day. Trying to get more activity in and keeping my overall carb count kinda low. I have hypoglycemia, and have been known to shoot up my sugar and drop quick if I don't watch it. Have a great diet day all.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Kudos on the loss! Nice to see you are back here at FS! And thanks for your comment on my journal. Sorry to hear of the loss of your father. We were in the same boat......stress eating. Now it's time to concentrate on losing this weight!
