I think I have my 'mojo' in what works for my body. I had a stall for awhile; probably was eating too much cheese. But I'm making sure that everything I eat with a carb in it has fiber and am taking some supplements. This seems to be helping - and I feel better.
Just getting my stats clear......I lost five pounds before I started Atkins. Then lost 7 pounds on Induction (two weeks). Since OWL I have been losing an average of 1.5 pounds per week. Have lost a total of 24 pounds.
Being on OWL for eight weeks, I have lost an average of 1.5 pounds per week. At this rate, I will reach my goal weight in 19 weeks. That puts me at goal right around New Years!
