No harm, no foul. Inspite of brief flirtations with higher carb foods, namely a bit of sushi, and tempura shrimp; I didn't gain any weight this past week. I was also concerned about the fact that I had gone over on my RDI of calories, on a couple of days. Although we don't, necessarily, count calories while on Atkins; I don't want want to get into the habit of going overboard with that. My goal for this week, once again, will be to stay away from the low carb breads, and simply to stick to the basics of Atkins. I'm certainly hoping to record a weight loss, next week, so that I can finally drop below 300 lbs. :-)
