Ok.. So I am back again..hopefully for real this time. I had a rough year last year.. I gained 20 lbs. Partly because I was super busy with full time school and being a mom and wife.. And part of it, because I made 4 out of state trips in less than 2 months, and between the stress of it (Im a stress eater and I lost my father to cancer), and the eating out.. I know weigh more than I have in many years (minus the pregnancy and small post partum time after). And I really need to lose this weight!! Here's to hoping it works out ok for me!

I actually started 2 weeks ago, 2 lbs higher.. So I am already down a couple at least :-)
65.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

So I knew I was going to eat calorie heavy for dinner, so I kept my lunch and breakfast pretty light. A respectable 1309 calories! Can't complain!
