These past two weeks I had more carbs than the previous two weeks but a lot less than I had been before that. Gained some weight but not that upset because for two days in a row I had a double chocolate muffin. I know that really added the carbs and weight. Tomorrow I'll get back to being stricter on what I eat and eat more vegetables.
