Not being able to weigh every day about drove me crazy! Been looking forward to this reunion with the idiot box. Down 2 pounds during the month we were gone to South Padre Island. It's not much but I am satisfied. I tried to stick with my LCHF lifestyle and was pretty successful. Those darn tortillas were hard to resist and sometimes I didn't....but I didn't gain any weight and did lots and lots of walking. I'm happy.

I am hooked on weighing in daily now too... I must pack up my scales and blender / cups / supplements, etc. So I don't mess up my FS challenges and stay on track next week while chaperoning 35 6th graders during Science Camp. God help me!
It may seem weird, but sticking to FS is very important to me now.
Rhontique, That's great you were able to stick with your LCHF lifestyle while on vacation. That's encouraging. I love tortillas too.
The test is self control. This week instead of tortillas I used lettuce wraps and eggs.
But I will return to my beloved tortillas once I attain my weight loss goal.
