The past 2 days was just too much for me , my hormones was all around , felt, tired, drained , started feeling better today. So on Monday I was on my lowest weight (55.9kg) for the new year , but yesterday all went downhill, I had a whole slab (dark chocolate) 6 blocks after bfast and the rest after lunch , my food intake was clean but if you put that into carbs and Klj it was a lot , I craved chips like crazy and settled for grapes instead , I didn’t feel like having proper food, like protein but had muesli for dinner and yogurt. Like I said I didn’t feel myself I wanted to skip aerobics class, but felt better after I have done the class. Hope to feel much better and positive the rest of the week
