My last weigh day in before I go on Holiday this Sunday until the 14th March (off to the U.S). I'm tempted to do a weigh in on Sunday morning but I'm hoping there are scales at the hotel and I can still do my Wednesday weigh ins. Good progress this week, so let's hope I don't gain too much on holiday.. T_T
51.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
