Well still trying to get passed this cold and a pulled calf muscle, makes running hard when you can't breath or well for that matter run on one leg...
This time of year always does this to me with the cold. The temp/ weather change usually brings along a flareup of asthma or so that is what the doctor tells me...
Well, on the brighter side of things I am keeping myself in the less than 230lbs. even with some bad diet days and lack of exercise.

Sorry to hear you are going through all that. I know sometimes colds/allergies/asthma all run together. Do you get better in the winter or do you have to wait until spring?

I usually get better after a few weeks. Then it strikes again, this time mostly just chest due to the cold air, when the really cold weather hits which is usually around Jan here if I'm lucky.. Then I will get Hit full bore again in spring. The severity is usually relative to what ever bug is floating around at the time.. It got really bad after I got hit with the H1N1 flu a couple of years ago.. pretty much destroyed my bodies resistance ability. Thanks for asking tho'
